As you may know, Biden has nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson, a Democrat partisan. She may very well be on her way to be the next Justice on the Supreme Court. Given the danger we as Americans face from activist judges legislating from the bench, it is important to analyze just how extreme Biden’s SCOTUS pick is.
According to the Daily Wire, Jackson began a 2020 speech at an Award Dinner telling black law students that, “microaggressions … are real.” This was something that echoed statements from just a year prior when she told students:
I absolutely know and understand that you will face prejudice and other obstacles that other people in your environment do not have to endure. Life is not fair, and I totally get that the microaggressions that you are observing are real.
In October 2021, Jackson moderated a Harvard Alumni Association webinar, focusing a section of the event on “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging” which stems out of critical race theory.
Jackson went on to claim, “the growing inequality in wealth and access to education in the United States, and various systemic obstacles to social advancement and democratic ideals” was “of particular interest” to the audience.
None of this would be concerning if Biden had not rescinded President Trump’s executive order banning critical race theory training in the federal government on his first day in office. Nor would it be of any concern if the “Doctor” Jill Biden had not invited a CRT supporter to be her guest at this year’s State of the Union.
All of this to say that we have long accepted the terrible nature of legislating from the bench. We must be active in opposing future Justices that do not take a position of judging those on the content of their character rather than the color of their skin. However, Jackson has made it clear that she is taking some pretty hard positions with respect to the character of convicted individuals.
Josh Hawley (R-MO), pointed out that Jackson has been advocating for drastic changes in how the law treats sex offenders. She even went as far as to question having convicts register as a sex offender. Additionally, Jackson stated that she, “mistakenly assumed that child pornography offenders are pedophiles.”
It gets worse. As a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Judge Jackson advocated for drastic change in how the law treats sex offenders by eliminating the existing mandatory minimum sentences for child porn

As far back as her time in law school, Judge Jackson has questioned making convicts register as sex offenders - saying it leads to “stigmatization and ostracism.” She’s suggested public policy is driven by a “climate of fear, hatred & revenge” against sex offenders pic.twitter.com/2QUcPOnWPR

This is a lifetime appointment which was started with judging someone based on the color of their skin rather than the content of their character. It should be alarming when said appointment has such a history of advocating against a long been established character-killing sex offender registry for those convicted for possession of child pornography.
