In a letter sent from Gifford Law dated August 8th, 2022, we gain a much deeper and disturbing understanding into the, “best kept secret,” sexcapade by disgraced District Judge Tim Henderson. This disturbing understanding comes on the heels of our judicial system’s trust, at a Federal level, being significantly shaken following the raid on Mar-A-Lago.
What is the understanding?
Oklahoma County Assistant District Attorneys Gayland Geiger and Jimmy Harmon, with District Attorney David Prater, conspired to prostitute out young and attractive female ADAs to Judge Henderson for more favorable rulings.
Even more disturbing is that when they were under pressure, and fearful of being caught, they allegedly convinced young and impressionable ADA, Kelly Collins, to claim that she was sexually assaulted by the judge.

What’s most egregious is that Geiger and Collins worked in the sex crimes division and are, at this very moment, still employed. Moreover, Gayland Geiger is actively running an election for District Attorney.
Current DA David Prater and former Judge Henderson were law partners before Prater became DA. In the letter, Gifford states his client, Aaron Brock, was “‘denied a fundamentally fair trial’ by an ‘unconstitutional potential for bias’ due to the sexual relationship that existed between Henderson and Assistant DA Kelly Collins, and the failure to supervise and the ‘pimping’ by supervisor [Prater and Gieger].”
The letter continues, “Defendants Prater, [First Assistant District Attorney, Jimmy] Harmon, and Gieger were aware that Defendant Kelly Collins was the type of young woman who would be desired as a sexual partner by Defendant Judge Henderson. Judge Henderson would be inclined to provide court rulings more favorable to the District Attorney’s office if the District Attorney’s office assigned young, attractive, female lawyers to prosecute cases before Defendant Judge Henderson.”
Explaining the impact the affair had on his trial, Brock says he was treated unfairly, “at the request of the Judge’s Lover/Assistant DA Collins who used her long history of sexual favors, in and out of the judge’s chambers, to win questionable rulings with this Oklahoma County Judge.”
Gifford summarizes the allegations by saying, “In short, Defendants Gieger, Harmon, and Prater acted as pimps, assigning young, attractive female Assistant District Attorneys to prosecute cases before Defendant Judge Henderson.”
The filing continues lambasting Gieger by referencing the pending allegations that Gieger’s son sexually assaulted three females and that Gieger abused his position to cover up the crimes. Calling Gieger’s credibility into question, Brock says in his filing, “Gieger has also faced accusation of failing to supervise in the past when he was sued for alleged sexual abuse committed by a relative of Gieger.”
Consider, just for a moment, the gravity of these accusations. Prater and Geiger are accused of deliberately assigning this pretty young woman to Henderson’s courtroom because they knew she was Henderson’s type. Keep in mind, Prater knew Henderson well as they had once been law partners. These men essentially hand-delivered Collins to Henderson with the expectation that Collins would sexually entertain the judge who would then, out of gratitude, make rulings in her favor.
This should be top of mind when Republican voters go to the polls for the August 23 runoff election. Despite multiple attempts, Prater nor Geiger could be reached for comment.
Unverified rumors are circling that the DA’s office may have suspended ADA Collins. If true, the obvious question is why was it not done immediately once the nature of their relationship was found to be consensual? Moreover, why is she not facing prosecution?
